How do we do it?

You commit 1 hour per week to your health and wellness.

You call me at a designated time and we engage in high impact coaching for 15 minutes.

You then continue the experience with either physical exercise or creative expression (which ever experience provides you with more satisfaction and ALIVENESS) for 30 minutes.

You then call me back for another 15 minutes of high impact coaching.

 

 

In BAM coaching sessions, we design time in the session for you to do that thing that feeds you like nothing else. 

 

If it's exercise

  • call me and coach for 15 minutes

  • exercise for 30 minutes, and

  • call me back.

If it's creating art

  • call me and coach for 15 minutes

  • "create" for 30 minutes, and

  • call me back. 

If it's meditation

  • call me and coach for 15 minutes

  • meditate for 30 minutes, and

  • call me back. 

The result...

In one hour, with accountability, you establish a satisfying and renewing habit.
